There are a few reasons why your code is not working:

  • It’s limited to new users only: some promo codes are only valid for first-time users only, and you’ve already used another code or placed your first order. 
  • It’s expired: most credits expire on a certain date. The expiration date is specified in the promo text.
  • You've misspelled the code, and the system is not recognising it correctly.
  • Your account may have been restricted from using promotional codes due to a violation of the terms of service.

If your code is still not working contact customer support, just let the team know what code you are using and the error message that is popping up on your screen. We will get the issue resolved ASAP.
