We’ve learned a lot about how people order lunch and coffee, and unsurprisingly people order food when they’re hungry, and they want it as soon as possible. This meant customers would order for a time earlier than it was possible to make and the experience would not be ideal for either the customer or restaurant. On the other hand when an order is placed with a large lead time this can be disruptive in the restaurant environment who are not used to that process.

Now we can give you an estimated ready time before you even order so the restaurant can straight away put you in the order queue and have it ready when you arrive.
